feet in the sand on the beach.

Widely-travelled and highly experienced Swiss Executive Chef Adrian
Hauenstein is the innovative master in the kitchen. All of his creations are
highly recommended. The tuna tataki, comprised of seared yellow fin tuna
with sesame crust, pineapple salsa and guacamole is amazing, and the perfect
dish with which to begin the dining experience at The Beach House.
Top recommendations are the restaurant's signature surf & turf dishes, which
are cooked in a wood-fired oven to give it that distinct yet subtle smoky
flavour. Check out the vast array of pairings of the freshest Samui seafood and
succulent imported meats. Select an ever-changing 'Catch of the Day', pair it
with your choice of meat and challenge the chef to create a new dish just for
you.
Adrian's signature dishes creatively combine other turf elements, such as Andes
quinoa with seared Hokkaido scallops and prawns, or forest mushrooms with
local barramundi in a fragrant miso broth. Of course you'll find the 'Champion
of Recommendations', the tournedos of beef with tiger prawns – charcoalgrilled
and served with garlic flavoured crushed potatoes and crispy brie. These

As difficult as it may be, save room for dessert. There's a great selection of
ice-creams, sorbets and other delights to sate your sweet tooth. Throw caution
to the wind and order the ridiculously delicious Santiburi chocolate brownie
with refreshing yoghurt ice-cream and salted caramel sauce. It is decadent, but
